For dieting... if you run into an issue where you are going to have a very busy day, and it's going to be hard for you to eat a healthy meal, simply prepare in advance a very simple (but nutritious) meal that you can have on the go. An example of a meal like this could be a protein shake, or a bbq pulled chicken crock pot salad/sandwich, or a Greek yogurt with some almonds, and more.
