I can't decide if I love freezer meals because it saves money and trips to the grocery store, or because meal prep is so easy that our babysitter or my husband can prepare the meals.

Just chuck the ingredients into the slow cooked chili and let it do its thing. You don't even have to be around when the slow cooked chili finishes its job as some of them have a keep warm option that will keep the food just right for when you are ready to eat.
